This book describes the cosmological general relativity and special relativity, along with Einstein s general relativity and special relativity theories. These theories are discussed in the context of the author's original research, in which velocity is introduced as an independent dimension. Four- and five-dimensional spaces are considered, and the five-dimensional braneworld theory is presented. The Tully Fisher law is obtained directly from the theory, and thus there is no necessity in supposing halo dark matter existence. The book gives the derivation of the Lorentz transformation, which is further used for the description of Einstein s special relativity and cosmological special relativity theories. The text also provides the mathematical theory of curved space time geometry, which is necessary to describe Einstein s general relativity and cosmological general relativity. A comparison between the dynamical and kinematic aspects of universe expansion is made. In addition, a new insight into the Friedmann and Friedmann Robertson Walker models is presented in which cosmological special relativity is applied to them, and new interesting results are obtained. Contents: Special Relativity Theory; Cosmological Special Relativity; General Relativity Theory; Cosmological General Relativity; Properties of the Gravitation Field; The Cosmological Special Relativity in Five Dimensions; Cosmological General Relativity in Five Dimensions; The Friedmann Universe: FRW Metric; CGR vs. FRW; Homogeneous Spaces and Bianchi Classification.
