American author Claire Karaz completed her studies in art history at the University of Rome. A professional and licensed tour guide, she moved to Turkey 10 years ago with her Turkish husband. She now leads specialized tours in Istanbul and Turkey. This is her first book.
Freelance photographer Murat Ogurlu lives in Istanbul. Besides his commercial work, Ogurlu is the photographer of Citlembik's Turkish Baths guide. He is currently photographing the collections of the Armenian Patriarchate of Istanbul, to be published in 2 editions.
