Bernard Steunenberg is professor of Public Administration at Leiden University, coordinator of the Leiden University Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, and founding editor of Research and Politics.Wim Voermans is professor of constitutional and administrative law at Leiden University, director of the institute of Public Law at the Faculty of Law and president of the International Association for Legislation.Stefaan Van den Bogaert is professor of European law and director of the Europa Institute at Leiden University, Faculty of Law, and a member of the editorial board of the Common Market Law Review.
