The book is a doctrine on economic justice, in which author has penned a new theory of 'Line of Wealth' that is based on economic rights, equality and justice. It rejects the popular approach of Line of Poverty. The book discusses social, ideological, political and justice aspects of national economies and concludes with the fiscal theory of one-tax system - the taxation based on taxing the wealthy at higher scale and distribute the revenues equally among all citizens.
