Mr Kabir Sharma holds a first class M.Com. Degree from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyala (Central University), Bilaspur (C.G), qualified CBSE-UGC NET and CG SET in Commerce, cleared CA Intermediate examination and submitted his PhD Thesis for evaluation in the area of Finance in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyala (Central University). He possesses more than 3 years of industry experience as Tax Executive and 5 years of research and teaching experience. He is presently serving in the Management Department of MATS University, Raipur (C.G). He has several papers in the Journals of International repute. He has also presented papers in various International and National Conferences organized across Institutions pan India. He has been awarded with various awards like best paper presenter and best student award. He also represented Student’s Union of College and CA Students as President. His academic and research interest mainly includes areas like Taxation, Accounting, Microfinance, and general management. Ms Pratibha Rai holds a first-class MBA Degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), qualified UGC-NET (Management), and submitted her PhD thesis for evaluation in the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (Central University) in the area of Marketing Management. She has more than 5 years of research and teaching experience. She is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Management Department of MATS University, Raipur (C.G). She has presented more than 20 papers in the International and National Conferences organized by the Institutions of National repute. She has been awarded twice with an award of the best paper presenter in International Seminars. She has more than 15 publications in Journals of International repute and books. Her academic and research interest mainly includes areas related to Marketing Management, Promotional Strategies, Retail Management, Research Methodology, and General Management.
