Ramesh Bijlani a graduate of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, USA, is an educationist by temperament, training, and experience. He taught undergraduate and postgraduate students at AIIMS for more than thirty years. His stay at Sri Aurobindo Ashram (Delhi Branch) since 2007 has given him an opportunity to observe school education at close quarters.
