About The Book
The Quiet Drift explores the subtle ways life moves us - often without noise, without announcement. It speaks to a growing uneasiness: the sense of being constantly engaged yet inwardly unsettled, capable yet quietly strained. Through lived observations and gentle inquiry, the book draws attention to the pressures that accumulate beneath productivity, success, and adaptation. It is a companion for those sensing an inner pause, transition, or the need for recalibration. By noticing what is usually overlooked, The Quiet Drift opens a space for awareness, choice, and a deeper listening to one’s own life.
