Chand Pasha, CEng, is a globally respected Senior Rolling Stock Expert, Technical Author, and Consultant with over three decades of experience in metro rail and railway systems. Beginning his career at Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Indian Railways, he gained a strong foundation in rolling stock before collaborating with leading international manufacturers. His expertise spans system integration of mechanical, electrical, traction, and braking systems, along with interface management for CBTC, OCC, PSD, and onboard equipment. Chand has played a pivotal role in the design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of Metro Trains, EMUs, and Locomotives worldwide. Notably, he contributed to the successful completion of Riyadh Metro Lines 1, 2, and 3, a project honoured with the Genius Award. His global engagements include visits to rolling stock facilities in Mexico, Canada, and China, ensuring excellence in safety, reliability, and performance across modern metro projects.
