Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Daisy Dharmaraj nee Paul born in Sri Lanka and lived mostly in India. She is a medical doctor, Professor of Community medicine, and was involved in Health and development among rural communities. Her experience is in advocacy and Primary Health Care, Community based intervention with HIV AIDS affected, Persons with disability, Elders and Persons with Psychosocial disorders. She was a member of National Commission for women, and headed an NGO based in Chennai and a member of international networks PAN Asia Pacific, WABA, and WGNRR
