DAVID S. BLUNK, II makes an astonishing debut as the author of this collection of poems, TENDONS & TENDRILS. Blunk was born in 1984, in Marion, IN; he has recently moved back to his childhood home, after many years in Detroit, MI, and New York City, NY. This book comprises twenty-one poems, most of which are new works; however, a few of these poems were crafted from skeletons found from many years ago. Blunk aims to alchemize the main loves of his life--physical & mental health & wellness, and the romantic, mystical joys of nature--with his newfound appreciation for family connections, slower life, and a strong, immovable gratitude.
