Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Rachel is a survivor of mental illness and trauma. Her experiences have pathed the way to opening up creatively with different art forms. Her poetry is built on raw emotions that remain from the aftermath of a series of traumas. Each poem became a way of letting go from the past and releasing herself from the hold they once had.
