Lachit Borphukan falls in love with Princess Padmini. But her father, Swargadeo Jayadhwaj Singha, the king of the Ahom kingdom, finds out and throws Lachit out of the capital, Jorhat. Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Vijayendra Prasad is an Indian screenwriter and filmdirector who has worked in Telugu, Tamil and Hindicinema for more than four decades. A screenwriter formore than twenty-five films, most of his movies have beenblockbusters that have set new records at the box office. A few of his most popular films include Baahubali: The Beginning, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, RRR, Manikarnika:The Queen of Jhansi.

A product of the Naval Officers' Academy, Kulpreet Yadav has spent two decades as an officer in uniform and has successfully commanded three ships in his career. Since his retirement as Commandant from the Indian Coast Guard he has authored several books in diverse genres,including espionage, true crime and military history.
