M. Farooq Siddiqi started his professional career as a Geographer writing extensively on crop ecology, population dynamics, and animal behaviour. A chance statement by a member of the family that God has created man in stages, inspired him to think over it and the outcome is seen in the form of present book, Man the Foremost Creation. Mumtaz Jabeen, is a Zoologist with specialisation in Genetics. The experience of teaching Molecular Biology and Genetics has armed her with deeper insight into problems relating to human evolution. Presently Dr. Jabeen is a freelance advisor to researchers working in various projects of Biotechnology.
