KK Sinha is a Graduate with Honours in Economics and Post Graduate in Personnel Management / LSW (Gold Medalist, University of Patna). He has worked and also associated as Consultant in organizations like SAIL, NTPC, Reliance and Jindals, Damodar Valley, Aditya Birla Group, Adani, Tata Power etc. He has received extensive learnings in Human Resources in Harvard Business School, Templeton College (Oxford), Michigan Business School, Tata Management Centre, IIMs. He has also written a Book, “My Experiments with Unleashing People Power”,which has been rated in Business Standard’s The Strategist top five. Currently, he is associated in the leading Business School, Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH).

SV Nathan has over 30 years of experience in HR management, across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Services, Telecom, and Information Technology. He is an industry leader, mentor and an advocate of ethical leadership. He has vast experience in building and leading high-performance teams in both multinational and Indian organizations and is currently the Chief Talent officer at Deloitte India. A highly respected voice of the HR profession in India, Nathan is an alumnus of XLRI, a top Business School in the country. He is an avid reader and a regular blogger; he has an active presence on social media and is well known for his ‘#OfficeTruths’ posts on LinkedIn. LinkedIn recognized him as one of the top 25 Voices and an Influencer of 2020. He serves as the Chairman of Sumedhas, a not-for-profit education and research body devoted to self and organization development.
