Robert U. Ayres is Sandoz Professor of Management and the Environment at the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), Fontainebleau, France. Paul M. Weaver is Director of the Centre for Eco-efficiency, Enterprise and Economy, Universities of Durham and Portsmouth, UK.
