MOF is Microsoft's structured approach to help customers to achieve operational excellence on the Microsoft platform. This recent publication describes the Microsoft Operations Framework: a set of best practices, principles and models that is meant to expand, not substitute, 'best practice' ITIL. It shows how MSF integrates with Microsoft Operation Framework (MOF). Both frameworks are complementary in Microsoft¡¯s approach to help organizations in delivering innovative solutions.
