The "Time Box" of the 2007 Caldecott Award Winner David Wisner has been newly published at Jongno Junior. David Wisner is a great illustrator of a fantastic and imaginative world. Where is the end of his imagination?
"Time Box" is laid out in the background of the seaside and underwater space. The boy who came to play with the family and the beach, the underwater camera which came up to the sand by the wave accidentally, the photograph which was taken in the underwater camera ... . The world captured on an old camera is an imaginative scene, and the eyes of the boy face those scenes are increasingly fluttering. This is because it shakes the frame of human common sense while showing the human world and other submarine world, not just the underwater world.

In the fish, the mechanical spring fish swim, the octopus sitting on the sofa reads the book to the baby octopus, the island floating on the sea is the starfish, and so on. These are the scenes that make a surprise exclamation come out. If you look at it more and more, you can easily fall into the illusion that it will exist in reality. The imaginary world of Wisner, who is inextricably in touch with reality, will not be able to imitate anyone.
