Aunque la influencia de Quevedo se da por supuesta en la vuelta a los clásicos llevada a cabo por la generación del 27, hasta el momento no ha sido objeto de atención por parte de los estudiosos, quienes se han limitado -en contadas ocasiones- a añadir el nombre de Quevedo al final de una rutinaria enumeración de autores del Renacimiento y del Barroco que, con la excepción de Góngora, tampoco se han hecho acreedores de estudios que justifiquen su presencia en la misma. Con mi investigación pretendo afrontar este aspecto hasta ahora desatendido. José Luis Calvo Carilla José Luis Calvo Carilla es profesor titular de Literatura Española en la Universidad de Valladolid. Sus investigaciones están orientadas a los siglos XIX y XX, con libros como EL MODERNISMO LITERARIO EN ARAGÓN (1989), INTRODUCCIÓN A LA POESÍA DE MANUEL PINILLOS (1989), BRAULIO FOZ EN LA NOVELA DEL SIGLO XIX (1991) o la edición de AZUL.
