T. Krishna Rao is Professor and HoD, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore. He has 41 years of experience of both industry and teaching. Earlier he was Deputy General Manager (Designs), HMT Machine Tools Limited, Bangalore for 24 years. Later he had served in various positions like Professor, HoD and principal in different colleges. He has published several papers in reputed journals and in national and international conferences. He has authored Design of Machine Elements Part II, co-authored Management and Entrepreneurship and Operations Research.
