Ram Kumar Mishra is director of the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) in Hyderabad, India. He has taught in various national and international universities, including the London Business School, UK, the Sciences Po in Paris, France and SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. He has contributed research papers to international and national journals as well as chapters in edited volumes. V. Balaji Nagendra Kumar is the National Doctoral Fellow at the IPE in Hyderabad, India. He has contributed research papers in several edited volumes and journals. He was honored with the Lee Kuan Yew Fellowship by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (National University of Singapore) for the completion of his masters in public policy.
