Generations of readers have been inspired and continue to be inspired by these letters. Bro. C. Jinarajadasa stated, 'I wish to draw special attention to the KH Letter received by Dr Annie Besant in 1900, Letter 46, nine years after the death of Madame H. P Blavatsky ... these letters are among the most illuminative for those who are seeking 'to tread the Path'. Further, the 'Notes' by CJ refers to 'the most important Letter . . . as it is a communication from the Maha Chohan ... one of the three great Adepts who form the 'Triangle' of the great Hierarchy'. Letter 5 'To the Members of the Inner Group of the London Lodge' is `one of the most striking documents now in Adyar.' The message conveyed by these letters is relevant at present to discerning individuals and humanity as a whole.
