Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Dr Mathew J Manimala is a distinguished academic with an illustrious career spanning premier institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) and the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI). He culminated his academic career as Director of Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore. A recipient of several research honours, he was awarded the prestigious 'Heizer Award' by the Academy of Management for outstanding research in New Enterprise Development and the 'Ivey Best-Seller Case Award'. He has been recognised twice as the "Best Professor of Human Resource Management" by CMO-Asia (Singapore, 2011) and ET Now (Mumbai, 2013). Since 1999, he has served as Editor of the South Asian Journal of Management, published by AMDISA.

Dr Barnabas Nattuvathuckal is a Professor at the School of Business Management, SVKM's NMIMS University, with over two decades of academic and industry experience. He holds a PhD from Goa University and has published extensively in the areas of sustainable lifestyles and social entrepreneurship. Trained at both the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School, Boston, he is an accomplished case author with publications through Ivey and Harvard. Apart from serving as an Associate Editor of the South Asian Journal of Management, published by AMDISA, he regularly conducts MDPs and FDPs.
