M.T. SOMASHEKARA is with the Department of Computer Science and Applications, Bangalore University, Bangalore, Karnataka. With over a decade of teaching experience, he has also taught the computer science courses of DOEACC Society, Department of Information Technology, Government of India. He has authored a book Programming in C published by Prentice-Hall of India (2005). His areas of interest include operating systems, database systems, advanced computer architecture and programming languages.
