Aktam Tashkubatovich Khalmanov was born in 1964 in the Samarkand Region. In 1986, he graduated with honors from the Physics Department at Samarkand State University. From 1988 to 1993, he pursued graduate studies and completed an internship in Moscow. Since 2023, he has been a professor in the Department of Engineering Mechanics at Samarkand State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. He is a renowned expert in the field of laser spectroscopy of atoms, molecules, and aerosols.
