Through a quantitative and qualitative analysis aimed at discovering whether communication techniques for volunteers help to create a community specific to the festival, this research takes the "Scène sur Sambre" festival as a case study. The increase in the number of festivals in recent years demonstrates a new foothold within our cultural and artistic traditions. In this context, this scientific article addresses four themes, namely festivals, community, volunteering, and communication techniques, which, although at first glance seem distinct, are intrinsically linked and are essential to understanding the festivals of tomorrow.
