This study focuses on applying the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) approach to systematically identify potential failure modes within manufacturing operations.FMEA helps in evaluating the severity, occurrence, and detectability of each potential failure, enabling the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Based on the RPN values, critical process risks are prioritized, and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are recommended.By implementing the FMEA methodology, manufacturing organizations can improve process reliability, enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and achieve better quality control. The approach supports proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement, ultimately leading to cost reduction and increased customer satisfaction.
