This book is based on discussions about learning in the context of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), with the aim of verifying how knowledge of Learning Style preferences and their use in Virtual Space can be considered a good analysis, both for the student and the educator, in order to better develop learning strategies, diversify teaching methods, and make qualitative use of available resources. It presents a Systematic Review of the Literature, providing readers with prior knowledge of other related studies - interesting for those who are beginning to study this theory. Although based on the Spanish approach, the main characteristics of the other approaches are briefly presented. It examines the arguments of some scholars who criticize this theme, pointing out the misconceptions that led to these criticisms, which can thus be revised, reaffirming the importance of working with learning styles in mind. The analysis carried out among various distance learning courses compares its results with studies published in more than five countries.
