Guided bone regeneration (GBR) is one of the most well-documented and promising bone reconstruction techniques in implantology today. It represents a major advance in the management of bone loss, particularly in implant indications. The technique presented in this work is based on the use of a titanium membrane, a custom-designed non-absorbable device. This membrane provides a rigid, stable scaffold, conducive to significant bone gains in both height and thickness. It enables predictable and effective regeneration, while offering a number of practical advantages: simplicity of implementation, reproducibility, and reduced dependence on surgical expertise. In addition, this approach limits the systematic use of autogenous grafts, thus avoiding the need for a second surgical site. This translates into reduced surgical time, less morbidity for the patient, and improved post-operative comfort.
