This study focuses on assessing the consumer satisfaction of Samsung mobile phones in Coimbatore, to understand the factors that shape customer experiences and satisfaction levels. Samsung, known for its wide range of smartphones catering to various market segments, has garnered a loyal customer base, particularly in the mid and premium segments. The research will explore how product quality, price perception, after-sales service, and brand reputation contribute to overall consumer satisfaction. Additionally, this study will evaluate the impact of competitive pressures, especially from Chinese smartphone brands like Xiaomi and Realme, on Samsung’s market positioning and customer loyalty in Coimbatore.
