Nonso Ewurum currently lectures at the Department of Architecture and Planning, University of Botswana. Nonso does research in Real Estate Thought Leadership cutting across property market analysis, sustainable housing, cognitive sciences, and real estate marketing. In 2024, he won the Best Paper Award at the 23rd Annual Conference of AfRES.
