Neuware -This research included an analysis of the relationship between psychosocial risk factors (environmental demands and physical effort, participation and management of change and social relations at work) and job satisfaction in workers of companies in the construction sector in the city of Monteria. This study consisted of a sample of 47 workers, the largest proportion of whom were between 20 and 30 years old, with less than 7 years of seniority working in companies of the construction sector, with a predominance of temporary contracts.
