Fruit flies are one of the most notorious pests of Agricultural ecosystem. The larva are pulp feeders and also invite secondary infection from other microbes. They are of quarantine importance in most countries far and wide. In this book we have described the biology, ecology and different novel management approaches in managing this insect pest.
