Energy efficiency and execution time are the major problems in high performance computing systems. In this work, a linear programming based resource allocation is proposed to minimise the time span and execution time of scheduling based on ETC matrix. A rounding algorithm has been proposed to find a better solution. To find out the energy level in each algorithm and reduce the energy level with Largest Processing Time-First (LPT). This scheme provides improved energy efficiency and minimum time span with shortest execution time.
