The main concern for developing an efficient machine translation system is to understand the properties of a language. In a language, a complete sentence has at least a subject and a main verb to show a complete thought. Here contrastive analysis of the structure of Malayalam Morphological causatives and English analytical causatives are discussed. The impersonal and interpersonal analytical causative sentences in English and 1st and 2nd causative verb forms in Malayalam morphological causative sentences are also conferred. Finally discussed a Machine Translation system that is capable to translate Malayalam positive, negative and interrogative morphological causative sentence into English and English affirmative, negative and interrogative analytical causative sentence into Malayalam.
