Over the past few decades, e-commerce has been growing at a very fast pace, however a number of challenges in the use of e-commerce services have affected users trust and satisfaction. In view of this, the study investigated users trust and satisfaction on e-commerce services among students in University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. The objectives of the study were to: assess level of trust in the use of e-commerce services; find out level of satisfaction in the use of e-commerce services; determine the frequency of use of selected ecommerce sites; identify the factors that affect users trusts and satisfaction in the use of ecommerce services, and identify the challenges faced in the use of e-commerce services among students of University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
