The basic proposition of this book is to demonstrate the investigation carried out as to the profile of the graduates of the Stricto Sensu Masters Course in Food Science and Technology offered by the Federal Institute of the Triângulo Mineiro - Uberaba Campus. In this perspective are presented the impacts of post-graduation in teacher training, in the level of employability and the realization of research.
