Momar SOW é engenheiro agrónomo pela Escola Nacional Superior de Agricultura (ENSA) em Thiès/Senegal, com uma pós-graduação em Gestão de Projectos. Tem 15 anos de experiência em empresas de consultoria, no Departamento de Parques Nacionais do Senegal e em programas sub-regionais de gestão de recursos marinhos e costeiros.
