The aim of this book is not to be as exhaustive as possible, but rather to inventory, in a general way, the problems of prevention and screening as well as access to care for vulnerable people, through different contributions and various testimonies. It is therefore a collection of subjective points of view, with recommendations to be found in each point. I dedicate the book to the reader of the whole world, the researcher, partner, health professional as well as the decision maker.
