Some communities in Shanghai have experienced challenges in community governance after relocation. In order to improve the community environment and enhance the residents’ sense of belonging, the Creative Farm has been transformed from a rubbish patch into a net-worthy community garden through multi-level and networked participation of street cadres and shared governance with the people. This practice activity will be combined with the national community innovation and governance society.
