The main objective of the study is to know the impact of workforce diversity and its impact on productivity. Primary data collected from the group c and group d employees in southwestern railway, Indian Railways. The main findings of the research is workforce diversity is having the significant impact on the productivity of the Indian Railways. This research findings are unique and contribute to the existing literature in the field of workforce diversity.
