The present work is the result of a research carried out to obtain the degree of Master in Education with specialization in New Technologies Applied to Education, whose knowledge was applied to the design of a methodology that favors the design and implementation of Virtual Learning Spaces at the Instituto Tecnológico de Tlalnepantla Campus Oriente, which belongs to the Tecnológico Nacional de México, the largest higher education institution in Latin America, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This book presents a systemic methodology that integrates elements of quality systems, value chain and performance indicators, to meet the CACEI reference framework, the regulatory framework of Tecnológico Nacional de México and the International ISO quality and environmental management standards. This book can serve as a guide for the reader to clearly define all the variables related to the success of a project related to Virtual Learning Spaces or any other platform applied to education, which is a constant need for educational organizations in the global village at all levels.
