Dmitrij Anatolievich Panasenko es licenciado, máster en historia y profesor de historia y ciencias sociales. Desde 2015, es miembro del Grupo Internacional para el Estudio del Interregno de los Reyes de Francia. Desde 2018, es colaborador habitual de artículos para la revista de investigación Archonte. Participante en varias conferencias de investigación.
