This concept is now very popular and, compared to the ordinary economy, is the 'manna' that some countries need to escape from poverty. Our approach consisted of putting forward research proposals based on a theoretical review. We then collected data from four ICT companies. At the end of the analysis, we found a substantial impact of ICT on indicators such as productivity and employment rate. However, for the success of such an enterprise, the mobilization of financial, logistical, socio-economic and even educational means is necessary.
