Pneumothorax can be traumatic (occurs after a trauma of the thorax fracture of ribs, thoracic shock; pulmonary lesions during an explosion; wound by knife or by bullet, etc; or spontaneous (primary, without precise cause or during a rupture of the bubbles of emphysema in the chronic respiratory insufficiencies, the longiline men).
