Dr. Rakesh Kumar Mishra, born on 10 August, 1973, at the village Kumhera Jurwani disst. Rewa (M.P.), India. He earned his Doctoral Degree in Aug., 2015, from A.P.S. Univ. Rewa (M.P.). He submitted 11 research papers in National and International Conferences. His research area: Hydrology, Solar Trinsients, Space Weather and UFO Tech.
