This is monograph on the transporter contribution to elastic factors in quantum wells (QWs) and quantum well wires (QWWs) of nonlinear photosensitive compounds has been studied on the origin of a recently formulated electron energy band. The corresponding consequences for quantum narrowed ternary, III-V and quaternary types of optoelectronic materials form a different case of his generalized investigation. The transporter contribution to the elastic constants has also been calculated for QWs and QWWs of IV-VI and II-VI compounds. It has been originate, captivating QWWs and QWs of Hg1-xCdxTe, CdGeAs2, In1-xGaxAsyP1-y, InAs lattice matched to InP, PbSe and CdS as instances for geometric computations that the 2nd and 3rd order elastic factors rise with growing carrier degeneracy and reducing film depth correspondingly in numerous oscillatory behaviors accenting the effect of dimensional quantizations and the energy band constants in changed belongings.
