The research is focused on the maintenance management carried out to the three-phase motors in the drainage stations Petróleos de Venezuela Sociedad Anónima (PDVSA) Eastern Coast Division of Maracaibo Lake, which leads to a study and subsequent analysis in search of giving an answer to the main objective of the research. Showing the research background that are closely related to the work to be done, relying on the theoretical bases that help the variable under study and characterize the dimensions and scope of the same.
