The book presents data on the sex and physical development of 1598 schoolgirls of classes 1-11 in two secondary schools of the regional centre, one of which is located in the territory with a higher automobile traffic volume, the development of 315 schoolgirls of 10-11 years old with regard to perinatal factors, the development of 299 girls involved in gymnastics, acrobatics or skiing in sports schools, and the course of pregnancy and labor in 49 women previously involved in these sports.
