The current book highlights the fundamental aspect of the healthcare professionals’ challenges and the conformity in the perspective of the ongoing COVID-19 infection control measures, prevention of Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) in the public hospitals. The study concluded that healthcare professionals have adequate knowledge of the HAIs prevalence, therefore, adequate attention were given in identifying the health hazards and resolving them through standardized IoTs surveillance to effectively control the menace of HAIs in the medical facilities in the ongoing COVID-19 as the hospital are steadily getting overcrowded and the susceptibility for HAIs are extremely high. In this current research paper, two purposes were comprehensively achieved (i.) Remote healthcare monitoring were realized using IoHTs remote sensor wearable device to collect and analyse patient data and expedite treatment options for the individuals who were unable to visit the healthcare centres due to apprehension over COVID-19 pandemic cross infection and other hospital acquired infections (ii.)
