In a global context characterised by the opening up of markets, several companies are embarking on a quality process to obtain ISO 9001 certification, a guarantee of the quality of the products they put on the market. The quality approach is a process that makes it possible to set up a quality management system. Quality is becoming a crucial factor for the survival of organisations. In addition to organisational improvement, ISO standards are reviewed on average every five years.
